When you get up in the morning one of the first things that you want is a good hot cup of coffee. One feature that is really good on coffee makers now is the programmable feature. You can setup your coffee the night before and have it ready and piping hot when you are ready for your first cup in the morning. Just make sure that the coffee maker that you purchase has a simple programming option.
Also make sure that your coffee maker is of good quality. Coffee makers don't seem to last that long. If you are an everyday coffee drinker you may have started to see this in action. For some reason the heating element just gives out after a short while. There are a lot of affordable coffee makers, so I guess that it is not a big deal, it's just a pain when you have to learn how to use the new ones. I have to admit that some of the coffee makers have become easier to operate.
You may just have to set the clock and timer to make sure your auto programming is correct and ready. Setting up your coffee preferences the night before and waking up to a pot that is freshly brewed is the way to go.
