Do you have a favorite coffee cup?  Where did you get your coffee cup?  Not too long ago, the coffee cup was just a gift.  Now, you might have decided to upgrade your coffee cup.  Are you going to get an expensive and premium coffee cup or are you going to get a super cheap coffee cup?

Some people might be surprised at the coffee cups that are available at the dollar stores.  You might need to look for the ones that you really like, but they usually have a good variety.  Are you going to get a plain coffee cup?  A basic white cup can usually do the trick.  Some people might like those coffee mugs with words or images on them.  Some people just like the blank coffee mugs. 

It might be easy to keep buying the same type of coffee all the time.  You might be stuck on a brand of coffee, but you never try anything new.  Are you checking the prices for the great value coffee in the largest amount?  Are you going to try the mcdonalds mccafe coffee?  What about the costco brand coffee?  There are so many different varieties and brands of coffee that you might not run out of ideas, if you are adventurous.

The daily coffee routine can be your go to.  It might be hard to shift into another brand when you have found something that you really like.  Are you going to buy some of the great value donut shop coffee from walmart?  What about buying your coffee online from amazon?

Some people might even check for coffee at the discount stores like the dollar stores or grocery outlets.  Are you going to check the coffee expiration date to get the freshest coffee or are you going to pay more attention to the price.  

There is nothing like going to the coffee can and seeing that you don't have enough to make your daily pot of coffee.  It might turn into a mad scramble to your coffee for the day.  

Sometimes, the situation can be out of your control.  What happens when you wake up in the morning and you notice that the power is out?  What are you going to do?  No electricity could turn into no coffee for you.  Some people might go outside to check if the electricity is on in other nearby areas.  The feeling of seeing people in the drive thru window at mcdonalds could the path to getting a good cup of coffee.

It can be hard to find a coffee that you really like.  There are so many different variations and coffee brands.  You might finally find a coffee that you enjoy and then, the task becomes keeping it in your storage.  Your favorite coffee becomes the routine.

Getting Your Daily Coffee Cup

 Are you going to stick with the daily coffee run or are you going to make the coffee at home?  There is something great about being able to walk into the kitchen and press a few buttons on the coffee maker and bam, you have your fresh cup of morning coffee.  You don't have to get dressed and get into the car or wait in the coffee shop drive through to get your daily cup.  There might be a difference in the types of coffee, but with some of the creamers, you might get a similar outcome.

The one big difference is the coffee prices.  You might start to think twice about heading to the big brand name coffee stores to get your coffee.  Maybe you don't really care about the prices.  You might be interested in getting the rewards points or cash back on your credit cards or debit cards or gift cards.  Maybe you belong to store rewards program and you are working towards getting enough points to redeem.  

Even if you really enjoy the daily coffee run, it could still be a good idea to have a backup plan.  Consider getting a coffee maker just in case.  On those days that you don't feel like running to the coffee shop near me, you might get the urge to just walk into the kitchen and get a quick cup.

There is something about being able to just walk up to the coffee pot and pour without having to brew each time.  Watching the youtube videos on the k-cup machines makes you want to at least give it a try.  

The plus of the k-cup machines is not having to play the games with the coffee filters.  If you have ever turned on the coffee maker and come back to find that the coffee grounds are in the coffee pot, it is not cool. 

Getting the right type of coffee filters and getting the measurements of the coffee right takes time.  Making coffee is not super hard work, but getting it right from time to time can be an issue ( just think about the coffee at those conferences sometimes ).  

How many bags of coffee could you buy for the cost of the keurig coffee makers?  Probably a lot of coffee.
